Persuasive Paragraph

When you want to convince to others boys with some arguments about a topic that you are right, It  is a Persuasive Paragraph.

Example:

THE BEST MEAT IS THE ONE THAT I SELL

The meat I am used to sell is the best one because the products I distribute to many restaurants and homes of Florencia, they are delicious and tastes great. Instead of other meats, this one is accompanied with some sauces in order to give the meat high quality and good smell when cooking and eating. Some distributors take the order and get late but that is not our case, because when we take out the order and we send it to your house or a restaurant in a certain time: most exactly one hour. If I get late, you will get it for free; you do not pay anything for that, just for our delay. The most important thing here is that the meat is pretty cheap and you buy it for just $7.000 per pound. Do not think too much and get one of my products, they are the best. I will be waiting for your call.

What is opinion pragraph?

You can do an opinion paragraph, when you want to talk what do you think about certain topic 

what is your point of view.

MY OPINION ABOUT THE MAYORESS

I think the mayoress is not acting well, because she does not take into account the needs of every single person in Florencia. I disagree with the riding of motorcycles without a partner in the center of the city. If I want to go there, I will get problems with the policemen and the most probably thing is that they could keep my motorcycle for a while, and I do not want that. The roads are full of deep holes and she does not do anything to solve it because she always says she does not have money, but I think she steals all the money. She is not a good mayoress. Therefore, I had a bad opinion about the present administration of Florencia, and I consider the fact of support the moving away of that woman.

Narrative paragraph

A narrative paragraph is when you start to talk about certain doings but you should not enter in explications, just you say what happened in a summarized way.

                                            

MY DAY AT WORK

I remember that day: it was the last Thursday 16^th May, 2013 and I had to wake up early because my boss asked for that. I got up at 5:45 a.m., I did my main routines and I went to work at 6:00 in the morning. I met my boss and he told me that I had to sell about $300.000 that day, because the week was getting over and the sales were not okay in that moment, it means that the sales were not as well as the boss had expected before. So I went to work in the entire city with my motorcycle, while I was having my breakfast, and one of the owners of the restaurant that I usually visit told me that I was late and so on. I had definitely a bad morning so far. Suddenly, my sales were going right and I could get the amount that my boss ordered me. That’s my routine when working.

Comparative and contrast paragraph

You can realize a comparative paragraph when you want to mention some characteristics that differ or resemble one another. 

Example:

Kinds of drugs  

There are two kinds of drugs; the first one is chemical drugs and the other one is natural drugs but they differ in the use and damage that those could cause to the people. There are chemical drugs such as cocaine, pills, heroin, popper, ecstasy pills and so forth. On the other hand there are natural drugs like marihuana, fungus, Tabaco, etc. Chemical drugs produce several problems in our bodies such us dependence, damages in the nervous system and many times, the people who use those kinds of drugs could become crazy, as well as chemical drugs, natural drugs also cause serious problems in our brain and nervous system, in addition, they produce many changes in the physical appearance. In conclusion, both natural and chemical drugs are very dangerous, if the people use them in an uncontrolled way.

Descriptive Paragraph

Descriptive paragraph is when you mention in a specifically way the aspects that characterize an object or a thing in a certain topic.

Example:

My house

The house where I live has a big yard but the construction is a little small because the balcony occupies the majority of the space. The walls of my house have a yellow color as well as the floor. It has one bedroom, one living room and one kitchen, and it is very narrow. The bedroom of my parents has a pretty nice bed, a big mirror and a TV, so it is so confortable. I take my rests in the living room and it is not relaxing because this is not a bedroom and there is neither door nor wall, it is just covered by a curtain. In the balcony, there is a hammock in which you can take a rest when you are in a sunny or rainy day.

I hope you are well. All the family is fine here. I’m sorry, I didn’t write you the last weekend because I went to the village with my parents, and there isn’t any computer there.

now i am very happy because my mum said she would allow me to go to the Alejandro Saenz concert if I passed all my exams  it is the first time I see a concert I am very anxious

¡ha! And course I want to go visit you in October! It will be a great pleasure since I have never been to Florencia before and I've heard that the bolivar park  is a wonderful place to visit in autumn.
